Daiva Darsanam – Deva Darsanam – Looking at the luminaries

This morning, I saw these Devas.
“Jupiter (Deva guru – Brhaspati), which looks like a brilliant star, is to the lower left of the Moon early this morning. They are closest together at first light.

Mercury (Budha) stands farthest from the Sun (Surya) for its current morning appearance. It is quite low in the east-northeast at first light, well to the lower left of brilliant Venus (Asura guru – Sukra).” Reference

Aryabhatta knew that they appeared to revolve around us because we were spinning.
